Summary:

Investigates the reasons why North Carolina, long seen as the most progressive state in the South, become home to the largest Klu Klux Klan organization in the country in the 1960's. In just three years, Grand Dragon Bob Jones grew the Klan membership from a handful of friends to 10,000 members, more than all the other Southern States combined. In the process, he helped give the Tarheel State a new nickname: "Klansville, U.S.A."
